Ray has chalked up 25 years in the construction industry, and has been with RCL for the past 15 years as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager. A Registered Roof Observer, his areas of expertise include Storm Damage Assessment, Expert Testimony, Insurance Appraisals, and Marketing. He is driven to work hard, achieve excellence, and exceed client expectations.

Ray’s extensive background managing every phase of the construction process has taken him all across the United States, and he understands how to keep construction on track and up to specifications. Ray is accomplished at finding solutions for complex design challenges, with broad knowledge of numerous potential applications for residential and commercial projects.

His considerable experience gives Ray a broad knowledge base that he has drawn upon in countless appraisals and insurance assessments. In numerous situations of appraisal disputes, Ray has been called upon to serve as umpire to resolve settlements fairly as an independent expert.
