Rosanna Seyfarth

Although new to the industry, Rosanna brings over 30 years of management experience to her role at RCL, specifically in luxury retail where she earned both store- and manager-of-the-year awards.

“Co-workers have said I’m a natural leader, organized, and that I lead by example,” Rosanna says. A self-described “extremely passionate person,” Rosanna is driven to succeed as a member of the RCL team because she enjoys the challenge of implementing new practices while consistently growing her knowledge and skill set. She believes that the key to success in any business is communication and great customer service and is excited to be bringing these skills to RCL.

Outside of work, Rosanna enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and watching her daughter’s volleyball games. She enjoys word puzzles and planting flowers and is fluent in Italian!
